American-based Ghanaian preacher, songwriter, and worship leader, Ps. Dr. Sonnie Badu on the 20th of January 2023 led an all afro gospel concert in the city of Atlanta, GA.
The event which had been the talk of the media both on the ground and online saw a host of gospel singers of African descent thrill patrons with contemporary, praise and worship, and traditional Christian music.
Dr. Sonnie Badu over the years has been noted for his commitment to seeing gospel singers especially those of African descent mount global stages to preach the word through their giftings. It came to bear this time with God’s presence filling the room throughout the moments of worship.
The event that took place at the Buckhead Theatre, Atlanta had musicians from Ghana, Nigeria and the United States of America thrill the hearts of patrons with heaven geared songs. Dr. Sonnie Badu and the Rockhill Church saw the realization of this annual event as creative as it could be.
