In three mornings and nights, the city of Accra was set ablaze by the spirit of God as the globally recognized youth compatriot and minister Pastor Brian Amoateng led thousands of Ghanaian young and enthusiastic youths through a series of lectureships at his annual youth gathering IYES with this year’s 8th Edition theme; Mind Shifts!
He has been accorded the Nehemiah of the new generation after he successfully gathered thousands of people across the length and breadth of the New York of Africa, Accra, at the University of Professional Studies, Accra(UPSA) auditorium to seek the face of the Lord and be edified by the words of his servants who spoke the heart of God to his children.
This year’s episode, as usual, saw amazing speakers who graced the program with their presence as well as their messages from all walks of life; spanning from IT, to finance, to corporate and of course the spiritual.

Sam George ( MP Ghana), Hon. The Friday National Youth All-Night saw the ministration of some renowned Gospel musicians such as Joe Mettle, MoG, Ceccy Twum, Kofi Sarpong, Efe Grace, Sk Frimpong, Min Paolo, Francis Amo, Philip Adzale, Kwaku Teye, Samuel Bassey, and other spirit-filled worship leaders and never wished to blink.
Being the talk of all digital and terrestrial media, IYES has proven to be a not-to-be-missed event for every young person in Ghana, West Africa, and has proven so by having more than 20,000 plus people viewing various digital platforms all around the world every single day of the event.
Pastor Brian challenged the patrons of IYES2022 to go out in the world and make great impact of the knowledge and wisdom gathered. Just like Nehemiah, Brian Amoateng is changing the narrative of the Christendom and is uplifting the minds of young people to challenging the status quo.
