Spirit-filled Ghanaian gospel musician Kofi Owusu Peprah and his biological father, Rev. George Owusu popularly known in mainstream media as Rogs pulled off a stunning God-led event at the very heart of the cultural hub of Ghana, Kumasi.
The management and team of the singer and worship in the year 2022 announced the ‘Father’s Gift’ album launch and concert which got many lovers of his music thrilled and geared up. After the successful and most talked of edition in Accra, Ghana’s capital city, the management didn’t hesitate to extend this event to Ghana’s second largest city. Kumasi.
The singer and worship leader of the event did a comprehensive radio and TV tour to promote the album and hold a mega concert in his home city.
The musician together with an array of like-minded spirits singers- Lordina the Soprano, Ps. Sammie Obeng Poku, Joojo Arhin, and the father through whom such a vessel has been given to the nations of the earth, Rev. George Owusu Mensah, led worshippers who gathered in the auditorium through a series of heaven-dwelling songs.
The popular anthem, ‘matwen Awurade anim’ which translates as ‘before the Lord, I will wait’ was performed by the singer, father, and the congregate gathered under the sound of Kofi Owusu Peprah and his tremendous singers who availed themselves to be led by the Holy Spirit in his presence.
